Very easy to prepare dill sauce – suitable for many different dishes based on rice and for meatballs or soy cutlets as well.

  1. Put a butter on a saucepan and let it melt.
  2. Add a tablespoon of flour, mix and fry for a while until mass is lightly browned.
  3. Pour a broth and mix it well. Boil.
  4. Add a sour cream and mix. If you want to have a more dense sauce then continue boiling until it will be thick.
  5. Remove from the burner and add minced dill.
