- Put a butter on a saucepan and let it melt.
- Add a tablespoon of flour, mix and fry for a while until mass is lightly browned.
- Pour a broth and mix it well. Boil.
- Add a sour cream and mix. If you want to have a more dense sauce then continue boiling until it will be thick.
- Remove from the burner and add minced dill.
