- If we have frozen meat we should unfreeze it slowly. The best way is to take it out from fridge one day before cooking.
- We have to take out meat at least one hour before preparation from the fridge, so it can reach the room temperature
- We heat non-stick frying pan until it's really hot. Then we put butter and let it melt.
- Cut the meat in half (you need two slices)
- Now, we press gently meat with fingers against table a few times
- Then we put meat on frying pan pressing it gently so it touches bottom of the pan with whole its surface
- We fry it 7 minutes on one side and then 7 minutes on the other side (more than beef steak)
- We spice it with salt and black pepper just before serving. We can also put a table spoon of butter on it
